Sensory Sciences' reliability, trustworthiness, and exhaustiveness improved during last 25 years.
The new methods of analysis allow an efficient measurement of what is perceived. Moreover, they supply a capacity to describe those perceptions that are truly useful if employed in product marketing, communication, and promotion.
The link between the object of the investigation and the result of the evaluation is depicted by the language used by the subject bringing about the examination.
Of course, the chemical analysis gives a relevant supplementing. Neurosciences and biometrical data may disclose fundamental aspects that could influence personal preferences and, therefore, buying decisions.
The union of sensory, chemical, and neuroscientific analyses is the basis of the emotional wines project focusing on a change in the communication paradigm.
